We admit it, we live for your "M-m-m!" of delight after every bite, and any
"Wow" sneaking in amongst the emotions of the feast when the cake is served is the mantra
of satisfaction in our pastry shop.
It all started when the rumor about our very tasty Italian gelato spread around
Sofia and conquered the connoisseurs of the sweet life.
Melted by the attention and encouraged by
our important gourmets - our guests in each of the three caffé&dolceria locations
Gelatiamo, we indulged our passion for pastry.
And here we are, with a variety of desserts, about which we will say only one thing:
They are made by professionals who truly love their work.
You know what that means - quality is not compromised, the best products are selected, every detail is fine-tuned, and production standards are the anthem of the workplace.
We won't serve up a surprise by admitting that one of our great pleasures is custom cake decorating. To realize the fantasy of a birthday boy, to make a naming cake on a nice occasion- that's "our thing". Just show us the photo of your cake project and wait for us to deliver it on the agreed day.
That's not all.
We got seriously messed up with the chocolate too. We legalized our relationship by giving it a name:
Chocolatiamo. We crown our love for cocoa with handmade chocolate, candies and creative chocolate shapes that you can find in our outlets and now in stores with an attitude towards taste. We say this if you want to capture that moment and turn it into a celebration. For yourself or for someone else.
